Terms & Conditions
1. About us
These terms apply to all orders placed on this website, operated by QORPAMIL MARKETING LTD, trading as Pawlore, registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17537754), registered office Office 2140, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom ("Pawlore"). Contact: hello@pawloreshop.com or +44 7537 183134.
2. Your order
When you place an order you'll receive an email acknowledging it. A contract is formed when we confirm your personalisation details and begin making your item. We may decline an order, for example if personalisation content is offensive, infringes someone else's rights, or a product is unavailable, in which case you'll receive a full refund.
3. Personalisation
You're responsible for checking that the names, dates and other text you provide are correct. You confirm you own or have permission to use any photos you send. Because items are hand-finished, small variations in colour, texture and the depth of clay impressions are part of their character and are not faults. On-screen colours may differ slightly from the finished product.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
5. Delivery
Please see our Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
6. Cancellations and returns
Please see our Returns & Refunds policy. Personalised items are exempt from the 14-day right to cancel once made to your specifications.
7. Product safety
Our clay and paints are non-toxic, but they're not food or toys. Supervise your pet while making a print, keep materials away from children under 3 and pets, and do not allow pets to chew finished keepsakes.
8. Liability
We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We're not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that can't legally be limited.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
